We will be working on overall strength and functional strength. This is gym base with some home work on rest days. Each workout is what you make of it. With out me there, you've got to make sure you don't cut yourself short. You don't have to have but BANDS! But bands, bands, bands! In the meantime if there is an exercise with bands, you can still do them. Just with out the band. Diet | Meal Plans are not available at this time.
